One of my favorite classic novels, Little Women by Louisa May Alcott, inspired this cover concept. I approached the design by representing each March sister through a distinct color palette, reflecting their individual personalities and journeys. Because their lives are deeply intertwined, these colors overlap and blend, symbolizing the unity and complexity of the March family as a whole. To bring this idea to life, I used a canvas and paint-inspired background, where the layered colors visually interact. The typography is intentionally minimal so the artwork can take center stage.
